Ritz-Carlton West End | Market Pulse | April 2025

Offering white gloves service, fine finishes, and a terrific location, the Ritz-Carlton West End combines two 11-story condo towers with a world class hotel. There are 162 condominium residences in all, with floorplans ranging from one-bedroom flats to multilevel penthouses. The West End location is one of three in the DC area for the storied hospitality brand, the others being in Georgetown and Chevy Chase.

There were two new listings at the Ritz-Carlton West End in April, the first being Unit #8E. Priced at $2,895,000, the elegant three-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence is extremely spacious with 3,153 square feet of living space. There is also a family room that could be used for a fourth bedroom if so desired. A giant kitchen, lovely main living area, private outdoor terrace, and two valet parking spaces all add to the impressive package.

Also new to the market in April is Unit #6G with an asking price of $1,150,000. This is an oversized one-bedroom with two full baths and a large den/dining area that is open to the living room and adjacent the gourmet kitchen. The 1,062 square foot apartment has Brazilian cherry herringbone floors, lovely courtyard views, and custom wall treatments that add a tasteful touch. Garage parking is included.

Still available is a true showcase residence, with Unit #PH3L listed at $4,395,000. Offering 2,070 square feet of chic living space across three levels, the triplex penthouse is an entertainer’s dream. There are two bedroom suites at their own level for enhanced privacy with a gourmet kitchen and main living areas at the second story. Unit #PH2B remains in pending status. The three-level penthouse had been priced at $2,2195,000. There are three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an upper level entertainment room, and a private roof level terrace. The 2,484 square foot residence also features cherry herringbone floors, a formal living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, and a terrific gourmet kitchen.

There were two closings at the Ritz-Carlton West End in April, beginning with Unit #7E. The stunning 3,096 square foot residence with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths sold for $3,075,000 after listing for $3,400,000. Among the many features are a massive front marble gallery, a double parlor room with fireplace, a huge country kitchen, and a primary suite with its own library.

The other sale is Unit #2E with two bedrooms, two baths, and a 1,095 square foot floorplan. The handsome residence closed at $1,000,000, after listing for $1,095,000. There are plenty of fine features and finishes for this condo, but the huge private outdoor terrace overlooking the courtyard’s waterfall is truly spectacular.

Unit #6C has now expired. The two-bedroom apartment with 2.5 baths had been listed at $1,599,000. We will keep tabs to see if the spacious 1,910 square foot condo returns to the marketplace.

Those living the life of luxury at the Ritz-Carlton West End enjoy a wide array of amenities. Residents are welcomed by an accommodating staff that includes concierge, porters, door attendants, and valets.
