There were no closings at the Ritz-Carlton West End in August, but there was one in July. Unit #3B sold at its full asking price of $2,250,000. The accepted offer came after just four days on market. The three-bedroom condo with 3.5 baths and 2,449 square feet of living space features a huge front gallery, custom wall treatments, a massive main living room area, and a very spacious formal dining room. The gourmet kitchen is nicely appointed, including a wine refrigerator, and there are two private terraces.

Those living at the Ritz-Carlton West End enjoy a nice selection of amenities, including options for maid service and even private catering from the hotel restaurant. As mentioned at the start, room service is also included, along with a staffed front desk, concierge service, doormen, porters, a wonderful courtyard, and priority access to the Equinox Sports Club with its indoor pool.
