Located in the West End neighborhood, The Ritz-Carlton West End is well known for its luxury and full service amenities. It is one of three Ritz-Carltons in the Washington area, with the others found in Georgetown and Chevy Chase. This one has a central hotel component flanked by two condo towers, plus ground floor retail.

Unit #8K was teased as “coming soon” in December and should be live by the time this publishes. December was a busy month for sales, starting with Unit #5C. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence closed at its full asking price of $1,649,000. Other features include an adjacent open den with built-ins, a gourmet kitchen and a lovely balcony.

Unit #2C also sold for its full list price, in this case, $1,299,000. The spacious two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence has a 1,806 square foot layout, with a formal foyer, custom built-ins and herringbone floors. The gourmet kitchen has been opened up to the adjacent formal dining room. Each of the bedrooms has a full en-suite bath. The second bedroom has full-height built-ins.

Unit #8D sold for $1,720,000 after listing for $1,750,000. The handsome apartment has two bedrooms, a den and 2.5 baths, with 1,785 square feet of living space. Add to that, a giant open concept living/dining area, a library with a wall of built-ins, and not one, but two private balconies.

After listing in November at $2,495,000, Unit #3A was taken Temporarily Off market in December. The three bedroom corner apartment has 3.5 baths and a spacious 2,771 square foot layout.
