As an integral component in a famous hospitality brand, the Ritz-Carlton West End combines two 11-story condo towers and a world class hotel. Located in the West End neighborhood, the residential community is home to 162 condominiums in one, two, and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from flats to duplexes and even some select triplexes. Owners of these spacious and elegantly appointed city homes also enjoy white gloves amenities such as housekeeping and room service from the hotel restaurant.

There was a flurry of new activity at the Ritz-Carlton West End to kick off the New Year. It starts with Unit #7E, a spectacular 3,096 square foot apartment offered at $3,400,000. There were no new sales activity or closings in January. But with all the new listings, that is bound to change soon!
