There was one new listing at the Residences at Ritz-Carlton in July. Unit #3B has 3-bedrooms, 3.5-baths and a very spacious 2,449 square foot floorplan. Listed at $2,150,000, the apartment features herringbone floors throughout the living area, a master suite, guest suite and second bedroom suite, each with luxurious bathrooms and walk-in closets. Add a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen and a large balcony and this elegant flat checks all the boxes.

Still available is one of Washington’s priciest listings. Unit #PH3E is offered at $6,895,000! This kind of elite living space may be out of reach for the average buyer. But it’s an amazing duplex penthouse for those who can afford the best, with 5,112 square feet of living space plus a 4,000 square foot rooftop terrace. As for other specifics, how about 3-bedrooms, 5.5-baths, gallery, butler’s pantry, living room, dining room, family room, library and owner’s suite plus two balconies in addition to the giant roof deck?

Unit #PH3P is another active penthouse, priced at $2.2 million. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath triplex has 2,247 square feet of living space topped off with a large private terrace in the sky. There are no pending offers in July but one condo did close. Unit #8K was reduced in price in May from $1,249,000 down to $1,195,000. That may have done the trick, as there was subsequent offer and a final sales price of $1,175,000. The sunny south-facing flat boasts 2-bedrooms, 2-baths, 1,422 square feet of space, herringbone floors, a fireplace, massive windows and a large master bedroom suite.

Also worth
noting, Unit #2C has been withdrawn from MLS. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment
has a spacious 1,806 square foot floorplan and had been listed at $1,450,000.

are among the features.

the Ritz-Carlton West End have access to hotel amenities such as housekeeping,
