Features include a gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances, a spacious master suite with en-suite bath and a private balcony with access points in the living area and the master bedroom.
There were no closings in July. Unit #7D was withdrawn in July after listing in May for $1,450,000 with a subsequent reduction to $1,375,000. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment has 1,860 square feet of living space, as well as a balcony overlooking 23rd Street. We will keep an eye on this one to see if it comes back to market.
Condo owners at the Ritz-Carlton West End enjoy a plethora of amenities, including a staffed front desk and concierge, along with options for housekeeping, room service and private chefs.
