Located in Washington, DC’s popular West End neighborhood, The Ritz-Carlton West End combines a hotel, upscale condos, and street level retail into one impressive package. It’s one of three Ritz-Carltons in the DC Metro area, and part of the legendary global luxury brand. Condominium owners at the West End address enjoy unusually spacious floorplans, top end finishes, and full-service amenities including options such as room service, housekeeping, and even private chefs.

Unit #8J received an accepted offer in June and is now in Active under Contract status (pending with contingencies). The asking price for the 771 square foot flat had been $679,000. Adding to the appeal is a renovated gourmet kitchen with a large Viking stainless steel range.
The other sale was Unit #6B. The one-bedroom, two-bath flat listed in May for $799,000, going under contract two weeks later and ultimately closing at full price. The layout features an elongated living and dining area with dark herringbone hardwood floors, and a refreshed gourmet kitchen featuring white cabinetry, white quartz counters, and stainless steel Viking, Sub-Zero, and Miele appliances.
One of Washington’s premiere penthouses, Unit #PH3A, received a dramatic price reduction in June from $5,495,000 down to $4,995,000, before being taken temporarily off market.
