Unit #8D remains under contract with an anticipated closing date in the middle of December. Unit #5D listed at $1,395,000 and closed over the asking price at $1,450,000. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with 1,785 square feet of space has herringbone floors and two private balconies—one facing west and the other facing east, with lovely courtyard floors. The bedrooms are large and the gourmet kitchen is nicely appointed.
The final closing is Unit #PH1F, which listed at $810,000 and sold for $800,000, The one-bedroom, two-bath penthouse has 978 square feet of living space, with a huge open living and dining space with an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. The gourmet kitchen has black granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Stunning blonde hardwoods run throughout.
