Ritz-Carlton West End | Market Pulse | October 2025

One of Washington, DC’s most refined residential properties, the Ritz-Carlton West End combines a reputation for white gloves hospitality with upscale condo living. The West End location features two 11-story condominium towers flanking a world class hotel, with floorplans ranging from single levels all the way up to triplex penthouses. Other Ritz-Carlton condo locations in the DC Metro area include Georgetown and Chevy Chase.

New to the market in October is Unit #4C with an asking price of $1,995,000. The 1,059 square foot condominium is even larger once you consider the oversized 600 square foot private terrace overlooking the courtyard.

Unit #5L is a 1,324 square foot condo with two bedrooms and two full baths that closed at $1 million. Among the features are Brazilian cherry herringbone floors, a private terrace, and an upgraded walk-in gourmet kitchen with stone counters, sleek dark cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances

The final sale is Unit #6J. The one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a charming 771 square foot layout closed at $577,000. Features include an open living and dining area, and an updated kitchen with quartz counters, and Viking, Sub-Zero, and Miele appliances.

Unit #7B has been withdrawn from the market. The three-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence with an expansive private terrace and West views, had been listed at $2,250,000. We’ll keep tabs to see if this one becomes active again.

Condominium owners at the Ritz-Carlton West End are treated to an array of perks and amenities including door attendants, valets, concierge service, room service from the hotel restaurant, and options for maid service and catering. A lovely courtyard is highlighted by a huge waterfall and beautiful gardens. Condo owners can also have priority access to the onsite Equinox Sports Club with its indoor swimming pool.
