Offering full-service luxury living, the Residences at Ritz-Carlton West End are comprised of two condominium towers that bracket a high-end hotel. Unit #PH1G also closed in September. The two-bedroom penthouse with two baths and 1,147 square feet of living space was listed at $1,085,000 before selling for $1,040,000. Custom upgrades include a renovated kitchen, new hardwood floors and recessed lighting. There is also an extended terrace.

Unit #2G has now expired. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment had been listed at $949,900. Herringbone hardwood floors, a large private terrace, a cozy fireplace and an updated gourmet kitchen were among the features.
