The Columbia is a unique condominium community in a city known for such things. The former Columbia Hospital for Women was constructed in the West End back in 1918. The venerable medical institution stopped seeing patients in 2002, and after an extensive renovation, began serving a new clientele as high-end condos plus ground floor retail.
New to the market in October is an 850 square-foot 1-bed, 1-bath plus a nifty loft den/office.
