The Waterview lives up to its name, located near the Potomac River in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood. Designed by Pei Cobb Freed, the full service condominium is part of a complex that includes Le Meridien Hotel and a 23-story office tower. New to the market in August is Unit #1509, a one-bedroom, one-bath flat that also has a den.
