There were no new sales in December. The most recent closing was back in October, with Unit #1906 selling for $575,000 after listing for $595,000. There’s lots of closet space, wide-plank blonde wood flooring, and massive windows offering tantalizing river and monuments glimpses. An open gourmet kitchen tucks into one corner, with ornate wood cabinets, granite counters, and high-end appliances. Updates include a fireplace and hanging Italian pendant lights. The apartment comes with one deeded garage parking space, and a large storage unit.

Those fortunate enough to live at the Waterview enjoy a number of full service perks, including room service from the popular hotel restaurant, Amuse.
