One underground parking space is included.

Unit #1508 came to market in February and closed the same month. It appears to have been a private listing, as its MLS listing was the same day as the sale, with scant information in the description. The one-bedroom, one-bath flat with 687 square feet of living space listed at $524,500 and sold for $525,000. The unit has hardwood floors, and no assigned parking.

Residents at the Waterview enjoy a white gloves lifestyle experience, including room service from the hotel’s restaurant, Amuse. There are also options for maid service, and discounts at the hotel bar and restaurant as well as discounted rooms for guests. The staffed front lobby includes concierge service, and valet parking. Other amenities include a fitness center, a community room, and a residents only rooftop observation deck with grills and fire pits. Rosslyn is often described as the Gateway to Arlington, due to it being the first community after crossing Key Bridge from Washington, DC.
