After listing in May, Unit #1804 has already been reduced in price down to $525,000. There was one closing in June. Unit #1909 listed in May for $549,000 and quickly went under contract, ultimately selling for $525,000. The one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with 687 square feet of space features blonde hardwood floors and a complete open gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Massive floor-to-ceiling windows run the length of the apartment, offering exquisite and unobstructed views of the Potomac River.
Unit #1602 has been withdrawn. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment had dropped in price twice, down to twice, most recently advertising for $1,075,000. The airy flat with 1,239 square feet of living space features pale blonde hardwood floors, and huge window walls that offer pristine views of the Potomac River. A completely open gourmet kitchen fits right into one corner, with Viking, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances. We’ll keep tabs to see if this one comes back on the market.
