The Waterview is a luxury full service condominium overlooking the Potomac River in the Rosslyn neighborhood. There was a flurry of new listing activity in March, beginning with Unit #2901, a spectacular penthouse offered at $7,950,000. There was one closing in March. Unit #2306 sold for its full asking price of $625,000. The one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a den has 808 square feet of space and is sunny and open, with wide-plank hardwood floors are in the living area and den. A handsome and completely open kitchen sports red-toned cabinetry, black granite counters, an extended breakfast bar, and Viking and Sub-Zero stainless steel appliances.
