The Waterview lives up to its name, perched near the Potomac River in the Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood. Designed by the prestigious Pei Cobb Freed firm, the luxury full service condominium complex also includes Le Meridien Hotel as well as a 23-story office building. The perennial popularity of the address often results in a shortage of new residential listings.

Rosslyn is a historic waterfront community that was once a wild and wooly place with gambling halls and brothels. These days, it is a constantly evolving modern neighborhood known as the “Gateway to Arlington.” The Rosslyn Metro station is close by, as is the trendy Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor with its many shops and restaurants.
