Unit #1909 listed in May for $549,000 and quickly went under contract. The one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with 687 square feet of space is due to close in June. But it’s the unobstructed views of the Potomac from an entire wall of windows, that really seals the deal.
There was one closing in May. Unit #2703 sold for $1,325,000 after listing for $1,375,000. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment has 1,475 square feet of living space with new hardwood floors, new HVAC, and new built-in closet systems in both walk-in closets. The second bedroom has a custom office shelving system that incorporates a Murphy bed. There is also new lighting throughout, plus river views from each room.
