Unit #2103 listed in May and quickly went under contract. Unit #2007 also went pending in May. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath corner condo with 1,232 square feet of sunny living space had multiple price cuts before its ultimate offer, starting at $975,000 before winding down to $900,000. Features include maple hardwood floors, huge windows with cityscape views, and a Euro-style kitchen with maple counters, dark granite counters, and Viking, Bosch, and Sub-Zero appliances.
There was one closing in May. Unit #2101 listed in April and received an accepted offer just 11 days later. The one-bedroom, two-bath apartment with a bonus den would end up selling for its full asking price of $825,000. The condo with its hardwood floors and open layout is quite attractive, but perhaps the real reason for all the interest was the giant wall of windows with point-blank and unencumbered views of the Potomac River and Key Bridge, and all the way across to Georgetown.
Residents of the Waterview enjoy a luxurious lifestyle experience with numerous amenities, including options for maid service, discounted hotel rooms for guests, and discounts at the hotel bar and restaurant.
