Ideally positioned near the Potomac River in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood is the aptly named Waterview. The luxury full service condominium is part of a mixed-use complex designed by Pei Cobb Freed. Also at the swanky address is Le Meridien Hotel and a 23-story office tower.
