Designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, the building serves two purposes with Le Meridien Hotel at the lower 12 levels and the 134 Waterview condos at levels 14 through 28. Floorplans range from one to three bedrooms with the largest being commanding penthouses at the top. White glove amenities include room service from the hotel’s popular restaurant, Amuse. The desirability of this address means that active listings can be few and far between. However, there are currently some available units, as outlined below.

Unit #2703 listed in August with an asking price of $1,350,000. This spacious and airy 1,475 square foot residence features two bedrooms, and 2.5 baths.
