Turnberry Tower is the tallest residential building in the Washington Metropolitan region. If you have a balcony facing the adjacent Potomac River you’ll no doubt have the perfect seat for DC’s annual Fourth of July fireworks display! The 26-story full service tower in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood also offers a full menu of other amenities for its residents.

Fresh to the market in April is Unit #1902, a stunning residence with private elevator, 3,045 square feet of interior space and a large terrace with sweeping views. Offered at $2,998,000, this luxurious apartment has 3-bedrooms, a den and 3.5-baths, plus hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, as well as two storage rooms and two premium parking spaces with a Tesla high-speed charging station.

The 3,045 square foot luxury flat has 3-bedrooms, 3.5-baths, direct elevator access, Venetian plastered walls, marble floors in the living areas and hardwood in the bedrooms.

Unit #512 with 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and 1,742 square feet of living space, a 314-square foot balcony, fireplace, gleaming hardwood floors and private elevator listed for $1,075,000 and closed $10 grand over asking for $1,085,000!

Also settling in April was Unit #704 with 2-bedrooms, 2-baths, 1,645 square feet of space and a private elevator. The attractive apartment listed for $999,900 and closed for $985,000.

Also worth noting, Unit #906 has been temporarily taken off the market. The 1-bedroom plus den and 2-baths, had been listed at $865,000 but is now on hold.

Location is certainly a plus at Turnberry Tower. The Rosslyn waterfront is the gateway to the immensely popular Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor with its slew of top shops and restaurants. The Rosslyn Metro is very close by, as is the Key Bridge leading across the river to Georgetown.
