Also worth noting, Unit #906 has been temporarily taken off the market. The 1-bedroom plus den and 2-baths, had been listed at $865,000 but is now on hold.
Location is certainly a plus at Turnberry Tower. The Rosslyn waterfront is the gateway to the immensely popular Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor with its slew of top shops and restaurants.
