Unit #1001 is due to close in May. The two-bedroom, two-bath residence has 1,754 square feet of living space and had been priced at $1,325,000. Unit #1002 closed in April. The F-Model apartment with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a den, sold for $1,600,000 after listing for $1,680,000. Other features include a private elevator that opens to a foyer with marble tile floors, living areas that are augmented by millwork and tray ceilings, a big balcony, and a large gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances including a full height wine fridge.
The list of amenities at Turnberry Tower is extensive indeed. Residents enjoy a staffed front desk with concierge service and complimentary valet parking.
