Turnberry Tower |Market Pulse | August 2022

As of this writing, Turnberry Tower remains the tallest residential building in the Washington Metro area. The fact that 26-story curvilinear structure with its many amenities is perched near the Potomac River in the Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood, only adds to the luxe aura and the views. Often referred to as the Gateway to Arlington, Rosslyn is the first of five highly desirable Metrorail-connected urban villages along the trendy Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor.

There were no new listings at Turnberry Tower in August, but there are still some availabilities from prior months. Additionally, Unit #1603 is currently entered into MLS as “Coming Soon” and may well be active by the time this information posts.
