Also worth noting is the temporary removal of Unit #2311 from active status on MLS. This spectacular penthouse had been offered at $3.3 million, with three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a 3,278 square foot floorplan. Features include a private elevator, a large foyer, custom wall treatments and a massive open living area with full height built-ins and giant window walls. A wraparound private terrace offers stunning panoramic views of the Potomac River. We’ll keep tabs on this one, to see if and when it returns to the marketplace.
Turnberry Tower is known for its amenities and accommodating service, with a staffed front desk, concierge service, and complimentary valet parking. There’s also a heated indoor swimming pool in an atrium-like setting, a lounge with bar and billiards, a screening room with catering kitchen, and secure parking. Once known as a wild and woolly waterfront with a ferry landing and gambling halls, historic Rosslyn has become a modern live, work and play mecca. The “Gateway to Arlington” is the first of five trendy urban villages along the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor, each with its own Metro station.
