Located along the Rosslyn waterfront, the 26-story Turnberry Tower offers exceptional views of the Potomac River all the way across to Georgetown, as well as the local Arlington skyline. The building with its glittering curvilinear façade was designed by Robert Swedroe, and is part of the global Turnberry luxury brand.

Offered at $1,680,000, Unit #1002 is an F-Model apartment with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a den that works quite nicely as a work-from-home office. The 2,227 square foot residence features a private elevator open to a foyer with marble tile floors, along with living areas that are augmented by millwork and tray ceilings. A large gourmet kitchen features glossy Snaidero Italian cabinetry, with panelized upscale appliances, a wine fridge and a center island.

Still available after listing in January is Unit #1507 with a $1,010,000 price tag. The 1,405 square foot apartment has one bedroom, an enclosed den that also functions nicely as a second bedroom, and two full baths. There’s marble flooring in the living areas and hardwood in the primary bedroom. The open kitchen has a stylish brick addition to the serving counter; there’s also a nice big balcony.

Unit #1205 is a large one-bedroom apartment with one bedroom and 1.5 baths. Priced at $899,900, the condo has an open floorplan with lots of natural light and giant sliders leading out to 30-foot long private balcony. The terrace can also be accessed from the oversized bedroom. Also noteworthy is an office nook, a walk-in closet with Elfa shelving, and a washer/dryer stack.

Unit #406 came to market in January and has since been reduced in price, from $885,000 down to $865,000. The one-bedroom flat has a bonus den with pocket doors, and two full baths. With 1,404 square feet of living space and a balcony providing an additional 254 sq. feet, the residence feels quite roomy. A gourmet kitchen is open to the living/dining area. One parking space is included.

Unit #1408 is now in Active under Contract status, meaning that it is pending with contingencies. The one-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment with 1,322 square feet of living space had been reduced in price to $799,500 before going under contract. Features include wide-plank hardwood flooring throughout, an open gourmet kitchen, a full marble bath, and a long private balcony with peeks of the river.

Unit #2408 was the only new listing in February, and is now in Active under Contract status. Listed at $2,195,000, the two-bedroom residence has 2.5 baths, a den, and 2.039 square feet of luxurious living space. Among the many features is a private elevator, an exposed brick wall plus custom built-ins in the living area, and a large terrace with unobstructed views up the Potomac River.

Unit #2311 is also now pending. This 3,300 square foot penthouse had a complete remodel, and was offered at $3,300,000. Each of the three bedrooms is ensuite, including a stunning corner owners’ suite. There are three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, with an incredible corner owner’s suite that features a marble spa bath and a giant dressing room with floor-to-ceiling glass shelves for jewelry and other accessories. Also notable are the river views.

There were no closings in February.

The many Turnberry Tower amenities include a staffed front desk with concierge service and complimentary valet parking. There’s also a heated indoor swimming pool in an atrium-like setting, a lounge with bar and billiards, a screening room with catering kitchen, and secure parking. Known as the “Gateway to Arlington,” the ever-evolving Rosslyn community is the first of five trendy Metro-connected villages along the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor.
