Perched near the Potomac River in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood is a 26-floor luxury condominium known as Turnberry Tower. The stylishly curved glass and steel structure is the tallest residential building in Washington Metro, offering an impressive array of full service amenities. It’s also close to Key Bridge and the Rosslyn Metro. This is one of the most sought-after buildings in Washington Metro.

New in January was Unit #704 with 2-bedrooms, 2-marble spa baths and 1,645 square feet of living space. The luxury flat is listed at $999,900 and features brand-new floors throughout, a modern kitchen with gleaming cabinets, direct elevator access, dramatic cove ceilings and a long balcony.

Also still available is the epitome of “Life at the Top.” Unit #TS01 isn’t your typical penthouse, it’s a “tower suite.” Designed by internationally celebrated architect Salo Levinas, the stunning city home boasts 3 en-suite bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4,447 square feet of living space. Enjoy panoramic river views from the balcony, a private elevator and an “owner’s bath” larger than some apartments, all for $5.2 million.

Meanwhile, #PH2102 is also active. The 3,045-square foot penthouse features 3-bedrooms, 3.5-baths, direct elevator access and a balcony with expansive views. Also noteworthy are the Venetian plastered walls, new custom lighting and a fabulous kitchen with wine cooler. The price is $3,100,000.

Similarly priced at $3,100,000 is #PH2109. The 3-bed, 3.5-bath penthouse with 2,655 sq. feet has extended balconies with amazing views of the Potomac River and Key Bridge. Other features include elevator access, marble floors throughout and marble baths.

Active since October is Unit #1105, a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment priced at $875,000. With 1,322 square feet of space, this unit features premium finishes, marble tiles throughout, a balcony and an open kitchen with granite counters and Sub-Zero and Miele appliances.

Unit #1606 has been reduced in price and is now listed at $895,000. The spacious 1,404 square foot flat includes 1-bedroom and 2-baths, along with hardwood floors, custom wall treatments, a luxurious master bath and a long terrace with sweeping city views.

There were two closings in January. The first was #404 with 2-bedrooms, 2-baths and 1,645 square feet of space. The unit has tile floors, cove ceilings, direct elevator access and a big balcony. Listed at $1,035,000, the apartment ultimately settled at $999,000.

The other closing was #506 with 1-bedroom, 2-baths and 1,404 square feet of space. The handsome condo with its den, hardwood floors, contemporary open kitchen and a nice, large balcony, sold for $849,000 which was its full asking price!

There were also two expired listings. Unit #1204 is a 1-bedroom, 2-bath plus den that had been priced at $1,095,000 and #1605 is a 1-bed, 1.5 bath apartment with an $859,900 tag.

Residents at the high-end Turnberry Tower enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool, 24/7 front desk and concierge service, a screening room with catering kitchen, a fitness center and a spa. Also, the highly popular Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor with its many top restaurants is conveniently close-by.
