Turnberry Tower |Market Pulse | January 2021

Turnberry Tower has long been the tallest residential building in the Washington area. Located in the Rosslyn neighborhood, the luxury condominium is ideally located by the Potomac River, with other nearby Arlington high-rises trying, but not yet succeeding, in topping Turnberry’s height. Residents at the swanky 26-story address enjoy some of the best river views in the region. Those with west-facing balconies often find themselves with lots of new friends, when the annual July 4 fireworks display over the river occurs!

The most expensive current listing at Turnberry Tower is Unit #2309, listed at $2,699,000. The prestigious “I Model” features over $80,000 in improvements from the current owner. Turnberry Tower with its glittering facade was designed by Curtis Facchina for ACG Architects. Among the many amenities are a front desk, concierge service, valets, a heated indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a media screening room with kitchen. While condo owners enjoy secure parking, the Rosslyn Metro station is within easy walking distance. The neighborhood is often referred to as the Gateway to Arlington, and is the first of five urban villages with Metro stations comprising the trendy Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor.
