The final closing of the month is Unit #207. The one-bedroom apartment with a den, two full baths and a 1,405 square foot layout sold for its full asking price of $869,900. Features include wide-plank flooring with a gray tint, an open gourmet kitchen with Snaidero Italian cabinetry and upscale appliances, and a large balcony. The primary suite has walk-in closets, a marble bath, and a walk-out to the balcony.
