Located by the Potomac River is Turnberry Tower—the tallest residential tower in Washington Metro. River-facing balconies are the perfect perches for DC’s annual July 4 fireworks display. But the 26-story luxury condominium has lots more to offer as well, from unusually spacious floorplans to a full menu of amenities.

Unit #1605 was listed in May and went under contract just 11 days later! The 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment with hardwood floors, upgraded closets, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, marble baths, hardwood floors, extra storage and a nice, big balcony had been offered for $849,900.

There were two closings in May. The first was #PH2109, a 2,655-square foot penthouse that listed for $2,998,000 and closed for $2.6 million. The 3-bed, 2.5-bath has giant window walls, marble floors, private elevator, gourmet kitchen and multiple balconies with views of the Potomac and the Key Bridge.

The other closing was Unit #1105 with 1-bedroom, 1.5-baths, marble floors, a large marble-tiled terrace. 1,322 square feet of living space and two parking spots. Priced at $859,000, the apartment settled for a very solid $850,000.

Turnberry Tower is located in the waterfront community of Rosslyn—gateway to Arlington and the highly popular Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor.
