Perched near the Potomac River in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood, the sleek 26-story condominium was designed by Robert M. Swedroe and completed in 2009. Rosslyn is often described as the Gateway to Arlington because of its proximity to Key Bridge which connects to DC and Georgetown.
