Located just a couple blocks from the Potomac River, Turnberry Tower in Arlington is the tallest residential building in the Washington, DC area. The modern 26-story glass and steel structure is also known for its world-class full service amenities.

The priciest active listing is #PH2109, a penthouse with true Life at the Top appeal, including prime views of the Potomac River and Key Bridge from the extended balcony. With 3-beds, 3-baths, 10-foot ceilings and private elevator, this 2,655 square foot apartment is listed at $3,100,000.

Also noteworthy is Unit #404, a 2-bed, 2-bath residence with 1,645 square feet of interior space, a combination of marble tile and hardwood floors, the signature Turnberry gourmet kitchen and a 256-square foot balcony, all for $1,035,000.

Closing activity includes Unit #212 which went under contract in October with a list price of $1,150,000. The 1,752 square-foot luxury condo has 2-bedrooms, 2-baths, direct elevator access, a gourmet kitchen with European panelized appliances and a large tiled terrace.
