Positioned right by the Potomac River in Arlington’s Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood is Turnberry Tower. Designed by Robert Swerdroe, the sleek 26-story building with its dramatic curved façade is known for its full service amenities and breathtaking views of the river and surrounding cityscapes. Rosslyn is often referred to as the Gateway to Arlington, due to its location as the easternmost village along the trendy Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor.

New to the market in October is Unit #1410. Listed at $1,550,000, the two-bedroom apartment has 2.5 baths and 1,815 square feet of interior space. A private elevator foyer leads into the main living area with its marble tile floors and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Two curved balconies offer splendid views of Arlington plus peeks of the river. Unit #1707 listed for $975,000 and closed at $960,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath flat has 1,405 square feet of living space. A balcony runs the length of the apartment, with river views.

Our final closing for October is Unit #1708. The one-bedroom flat with 1.5 baths and 1,312 square feet of living space listed for $935,000 and sold for $895,000. The residence was customized so as to offer constant enjoyment of panoramic views of the Potomac and Georgetown. Wide-plank flooring, a private terrace and an open gourmet kitchen add to the appeal.
