Located near the banks of the Potomac River in Arlington’s Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood is Turnberry Tower. The glittering 25-story building with its modern curvilinear shape was developed by Florida-based Turnberry Ltd., and is one of several other similarly named condos, apartments, hotels and resorts around the world. This particular location is solely dedicated to residential ownership, and comes with luxe amenities and spectacular views, from the Arlington and Washington skylines to the river itself.

New to the market in October is Unit #1902, a spectacular corner residence with 3.045 square feet of living space and an asking price of $3,200,000. Three bedrooms, a den and 3.5 baths are part of the package, along with a private elevator and lots of recent upgrades. New hardwood floors and a marble foyer are part of the improvements. A large balcony has unobstructed west-facing views. Two parking spaces are included.

Also new in October is Unit #1807, a large one-bedroom apartment with a den, two full baths and a 1,405 square foot layout. Listed at $1,030,000, the roomy condo offers hardwood floors, a Great Room concept with built-ins, and a large terrace with Potomac River views. Other features include an open kitchen Snaidero cabinetry, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, and elegant marble baths.

Still available is Unit #2311, a stunning penthouse that is priced at $3,300,000. Huge window walls offer panoramic views of the Potomac River and Georgetown from nearly every room. Unit #1612 remains under contract, with a closing anticipated at the very end of December. The two-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,742 square feet of space had been listed at $1,445,000.
