Turnberry Tower is a 26-story curvilinear structure that is perched near the Potomac River in the Rosslyn waterfront neighborhood. Residents enjoy loads of first class amenities, and a fabulous location. Often referred to as the Gateway to Arlington, Rosslyn is the first of five highly desirable Metrorail-connected urban villages along the trendy Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor.
There were multiple new listings at Turnberry Tower in September, including Unit #1603. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with 1,803 square feet of space is listed at $1,695,000, and features a private elevator, huge and open combined living, dining, and cooking areas, giant floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large private balcony with peeks of the river.
Unit #1701 also came to market in September, with a $1,500,000 price tag. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with 1,754 square feet of luxe living space has a private elevator, nine-foot ceilings, and a long curved balcony offering cityscape views. The expansive primary suite features a sitting area just right for working from home, spacious custom closets, and an ensuite marble bath with a hotel style vanity mirror TV.
The other new listing in September is Unit #201. Offered at $1,250,000, the two-bedroom, two-bath flat with 1,754 square feet of interior space has been remodeled by the seller who is a designer, with over $45,000 in new improvements. The unit has private elevator access, marble tile floors, a spacious private terrace, and a lovely primary suite with a huge ensuite marble bath.
Unit #411 has been reduced in price twice, most recently in September. Originally listed at $1,750,000, the corner unit with two bedrooms, a den, and 2.5 baths, is now available for $1,599,000. There was no new sales activity at Turnberry Tower in September.
