The price per square foot was $783, in keeping with the generous sizes of these fabulous lofts.

In all, there were four active listings at the end of August, including the most expensive current listing, #W301, with an asking price of $1,269,000. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath modern city home with 1,592 square feet of space has two-story windows on three sides, a winding staircase leading to a catwalk, a gorgeous kitchen and rare wood built-ins.

Residents also enjoy a central courtyard, a huge swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness room, club room and a dog park! The complex is situated between the Rosslyn and Courthouse Metro stations, and is also close to numerous high-end shops and restaurants.
