Floating iron stairs ascend to the upper level where you’ll find an expansive office/entertainment area overlooking the living room below. There is also a large second ensuite bedroom at the upper level, as well as elevator access. Two deeded parking spaces are included, along with a humidity controlled storage unit with built-in shelving.
It is easy to see why so few of the 87 condo residences at Wooster and Mercer show up as active listings—owners simply don’t want to leave! There are lots of great amenities, such as friendly staff, an outdoor swimming pool, a central courtyard, a fitness center, and a club room with billiards.
