City Center | Market Pulse | December 2020

One of Washington, DC’s most ambitious commercial developments is the massive CityCenterDC community. Described in the New York Times as “a modern-day Rockefeller Center,” the 10-acre project was primarily completed in 2015, although new components continue to be added. Located at the site of the former Washington Convention Center in the Mount Vernon Triangle, the intriguing bubble community offers luxury condos known as the Residences at CityCenter, as well as apartments, hotels, upscale boutique retailers, restaurants, entertainment and a 1.5-acre park.
