When it comes to the full luxury package, CityCenterDC delivers. The massive 10-acre in the heart of Washington, DC’s Mount Vernon Triangle includes upscale condominiums, apartment rentals, office towers and the Conrad Washington Hotel. But there’s more than that, with over 40 restaurants and boutique retailers, plus art installations, walkways and a 1.5-acre park. Now let’s dive into condo listings and sales.

Relisted in February is Unit #715 at a new lower price of $2,749,999. The two-bedroom, two-bath residence boasts a 1,584 square foot layout plus lots of extra outdoor space. A lush 576 square foot multilevel walk-out terrace is the perfect place to grill and dine. There is also a long balcony bridging the two bedrooms. From the sleek modern kitchen to the giant window walls, this unit is special.

Also relisted in February with a lower price is Unit #810. Now available at $2,450,000, the two-bedroom corner penthouse has 2.5 baths and 1,389 square feet of interior space. Unit #608 is new to the market and is listed at $870,000. There were no new sales or pending transactions at CityCenterDC in February.
