Covering more than 10 acres and five city blocks, CityCenterDC is the largest mixed-use community in the Washington, DC Metro region. Located in Mount Vernon Triangle in the city’s downtown area, the complex was completed in 2015 at the site of the former Washington Convention Center. The condominium component is known as the Residences at CityCenter. There are also apartment rentals, offices, hotels, upscale bars, restaurants and boutique retailers, and even a 1.5-acre park.

New to the market in January, Unit #604 is priced at $750,000 and includes over $25,000 in recent upgrades, with a coffered ceiling, electric fireplace, new quartz counters and kitchen island, and new glass shower doors and vanity in the full bath. The one-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment with 830 square feet of space has an open floorplan and a built-in desk cubby.

Unit #408 relisted in January with an asking price of $835,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath flat offers wide-plank floors, massive windows, and an open gourmet kitchen with top tier appliances. A southern exposure balcony spans the entire length of the residence. The primary suite enjoys an en-suite bath with a huge walk-in shower. Also included is one parking spot.

The highest-priced current listing at CityCenterDC is Unit #810. This two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence came to market in November and is currently available at $2,474,900. The corner residence has 1,378 square feet of living space, complemented by a spectacular 1,000 sq. ft. private sky terrace with landscaping.

Unit #402 is still up for grabs at $1,335,000. The airy two-bedroom, two-bath residence offers a 1,340 square-foot open layout with a large private balcony. Giant windows allow natural light to fill the open living, dining and cooking area. A Euro-style kitchen is set neatly into a single wall. White oak floors and a stunning owners’ suite add to the allure. Included are two parking spaces in the secure garage.

Unit #509 remains active with a list price of $1,025,000. There are two beds and two baths, positioned at opposite ends of the 1,148 square foot layout for maximum privacy. The middle portion is devoted to a very spacious and open living, dining and kitchen area. Sliding doors lead out to a lush fifth floor courtyard. One parking space is included, as is an in-unit washer and dryer.

Listed at $970,000, Unit #516 offers two owner suites with attached baths, and an open living, dining and cooking area, plus an additional powder room. Positioned at a quiet corner overlooking greenery and private garden terraces, the 1,100 square foot residence comes with a washer and dryer tucked neatly into a hall closet, and one garage parking space.

Unit #506 is priced at $925,000. The attractive two-bedroom, two-bath flat has a 1,033 square foot layout, as well as an extended balcony that’s great for enjoying coffee, drinks or meals. The open design merges living, dining and cooking into a sunny and linear space. The primary bedroom enjoys a large en-suite bath with a twin-sink vanity and dual entries.

Unit #709 has been reduced from $725,000 down to $699,000. The rarely available south facing one-bedroom floorplan includes an expansive balcony with wonderful city views. Hardwood floors run throughout. There’s also a built-in office area, and a split bath that features a powder room for guests, with separate shower and sink adjacent to the bedroom.

Unit #715 received an accepted offer in January, and is positioned for a quick closing in early February. Priced at $2,399,000, the luxurious residence has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,567 square feet of living space, as well as a landscaped deck off the living area and an additional balcony that connects the two bedroom suites.

Unit #416 has been withdrawn from the market. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence with 1,142 square feet of living space had been listed at $1,135,000. Features included custom wall treatments in the foyer and bathrooms, plus wide-plank flooring, and an open kitchen with Molteni cabinets, white Caesarstone counters, and Bosch, Thermador and Miele appliances.

Condo residents enjoy a wide range of full service amenities with a 24/7 front desk service, concierge and porters. Other features include a fitness center, yoga studio, party rooms, an executive business center, and a bar lounge. A spectacular roof deck features a serene water feature.
