But that’s not all, there’s also a hotel, offices, more than 40 upscale shopping boutiques and restaurants, and a 1.5-acre park. Likened to modern day Rockefeller Center in Downtown DC by the New York Times, the outdoor mall and residential development is just blocks from the National Mall and the White House.

New to the market in June is Unit #907 in the I Street tower. The one-bedroom, one-bath condo with an airy 788 square foot layout is priced at $649,900. Offered at $1,400,000, Unit #902 has a very modern floor plan with two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,346 square feet of interior space. Listed at $649,900, Unit #907 in the H Street tower shares the same asking price as the above-mentioned Unit #907 in the I Street tower. There was one closing in June. Unit #607 sold for $625,000 after listing for $649,000.
