There were multiple closings in May starting with Unit #908 in the H Street tower. After listing for $1,550,000, the two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment sold for $1,525,000. The unit was fully renovated by Ernest Santalla in 2021, and features corner window exposures, custom built-ins, a fabulous open kitchen, and an extended balcony.
Unit #404 in the I Street building sold for $715,000 after listing for $765,000. The modern white-on-white apartment with one bedroom, 1.5 baths and 830 square feet of space features white oak floors, a glossy white Euro-style kitchen with panelized appliances, a desk cubby, and a Juliet balcony.
Unit #603 closed at $685,000 after being offered for $735,000. The one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with 858 square feet of living space includes a designer kitchen with Molteni cabinetry and upscale appliances, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows that open from the living area to a large balcony.
Unit #705 expired in May. The sunny 1,423 square foot condo with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths had been listed at $2,349,000. The spacious residence featured an extraordinarily large private deck with terraced wooden flooring and planters. We will keep tabs to see if the unit is relisted.
