Full service luxury is on tap at The Ritz-Carlton West End, with its dedicated front staff, concierge, and options for housekeeping, room service and private chefs. The residences themselves are famously spacious and well-appointed. The mixed-use complex includes a hotel, condominiums, and ground level retail. It’s all part of the famed global hospitality brand, located in the popular West End neighborhood. There are also Ritz-Carlton locations in Georgetown and Chevy Chase.

Unit #7G listed in September for $1.7 million. The unique two-bedroom, 3.5-bath floorplan includes a den/library that separates the living spaces from a huge owners’ suite with twin walk-in closets, and his and her baths. Unit #8D also listed in September and is now pending. Listed at $1,750,000, the residence has two bedrooms, a den and 2.5 baths, with 1,785 square feet of living space. Add to that, a giant open concept living/dining area, a library with a wall of built-ins, and not one, but two private balconies.

There was one closing in September. Unit #4G sold for $985,000 after listing for $1,049,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath condo has floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, a walk-in kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and a large dining room/family room with tall built-ins. A large private terrace has multiple entry points.

The list of amenities at the Ritz-Carlton West End is substantial. There’s a courtyard with waterfall and beautiful gardens, front desk and concierge, and priority access to Equinox Sports Club with its indoor heated salt-water pool.
