Unit #1701 is offered at $1.5 million and comes with two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,754 square feet of sunny living space. The next owners will enjoy the convenience of a private elevator, nine-foot ceilings, and a long curved balcony offering cityscape views. The expansive primary suite features a sitting area just right for working from home, spacious custom closets, and an ensuite marble bath with a hotel style vanity mirror TV.
Unit #1109 listed in November at $1,175,000 and is still up for grabs, The 1,642 square foot condo has one bedroom, two full baths, and a large den/study that could also be used for additional sleeping quarters.
