Ideally located near the Potomac River, Turnberry Tower is a full service condominium with tons of amenities and breathtaking views. Designed by Robert Swerdroe, the 26-story luxury tower in the Rosslyn neighborhood closed out the year strongly with multiple condos going under agreement. Even so, there are plenty of availabilities left, at a variety of price points.

Topping the list of active condos is Unit #1911 at $3.5 million. This stunning condo came to market in October with two bedrooms, a den, 3.5 baths, and 3,278 square feet of airy living space. Features include a private elevator, a showcase gourmet kitchen, and panoramic views of the Potomac River, Key Bridge, and Washington, DC from the giant floor-to-ceiling windows as well as from an extended balcony.

Listed at $1,695,000, Unit #1603 has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 1,803 square feet of living space. There are luxury lifestyle perks throughout, including a private elevator, dramatic ceilings, full height built-ins, and giant floor-to-ceiling windows. A hue, open living, dining, and cooking area included a gourmet kitchen with glossy Snaidero cabinetry and panelized appliances. The large private balcony offers peeks of the river.

Unit #1701 is offered at $1.5 million and comes with two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,754 square feet of sunny living space. The next owners will enjoy the convenience of a private elevator, nine-foot ceilings, and a long curved balcony offering cityscape views. The expansive primary suite features a sitting area just right for working from home, spacious custom closets, and an ensuite marble bath with a hotel style vanity mirror TV.

Unit #1109 listed in November at $1,175,000 and is still up for grabs, The 1,642 square foot condo has one bedroom, two full baths, and a large den/study that could also be used for additional sleeping quarters. An extended balcony offers peeks of the Potomac River. Other features include marble tile floors, marble baths, and direct elevator access.

Listed at $955,000, Unit #907 is a popular B-Model with one bedroom, a den/study that could also be used for additional sleeping space, and two full baths. Unit #1008 went pending in December after coming to market the previous month at $865,000. Also of note is the spacious private terrace.

There was one closing in December. Unit #411 sold for $1,485,000 after listing for $1,750,000. The 2,229 square foot corner apartment features two bedrooms, a den, 2.5 baths, a private elevator, marble tile flooring in the living areas, and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. An extended private balcony provides the finishing touch.

Those living at Turnberry Tower enjoy an eye-popping slate of luxury amenities including a staffed front desk with concierge service and complimentary valet parking, a heated indoor swimming pool in an atrium-like setting, a lounge with bar and billiards, a media room with catering kitchen, and secure parking.
