Black granite counters, stylish wood cabinets, and upscale stainless steel appliances add to the obvious appeal. The layout of the entire home has a wonderfully organic and welcoming feel.
The most recent sale prior to October was in June, with Unit #W204 selling at full price for $1,025,000. The 1,270 square foot residence with western facing exposures has one bedroom, a library/den that can be used as a second bedroom, and two full baths. Wide-plank flooring runs throughout, and both baths have been renovated. The gourmet kitchen with its granite counters and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances tucks neatly into a corner, with hanging pendant lights over the extended dining island.
