It’s big, modern, and oh so luxurious. CityCenterDC, also spelled out as City Center, offers everything one could need in one package. The sprawling 10-acre setting includes upscale condominiums known as the Residences at CityCenterDC, as well as offices, hotels, a 1.5-acre park, and over 40 popular retailers and restaurants. All of this in Washington, DC’s vibrant Mount Vernon Triangle in the downtown area.

There are a number of currently available listings at CityCenterDC, starting with Unit #705. Priced at $2,349,000, this luxe two-bedroom residence has 2.5 baths and a sunny 1,423 square foot layout. Unit #405 remains under contract and should be closing shortly. The 1,538 square foot corner unit was listed at $1,499,950 and features sunny exposures on three sides. There are two primary bedroom suites, 2.5 baths, and wide white oak floors throughout. The condo overlooks terraced courtyards.

The condo towers at CityCenterDC offer plenty of full service amenities for its residents, with a staffed front desk that includes concierge and porters.
