Located in the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood, this mixed-use outdoor shopping mall covers five city blocks, and includes two 12-story luxury condo towers, a hotel, offices, and over 40 upscale boutique retailers and restaurants. There’s even a 1.5-acre park. The project was delivered in 2013 and is at the site of the former convention center.
New to the market in March is Unit #810 with an asking price of $2,450,000.
