It’s new, luxurious, and perfectly located in Washington’s vibrant Mount Vernon Triangle. Described by the New York Times as a modern-day Rockefeller Plaza, CityCenterDC is one of the largest and newest mixed-use communities in the nation. Spanning 10 acres at the former site of the convention center, the upscale development includes modern condominiums, apartments, offices, hotels, restaurants, boutique retailers, and a 1.5-acre park.

Newly listed in October is Unit #404. Offered at $765,000, the 830 square foot apartment with one bedroom and 1.5 baths is bright and open with a white-on-white modernity that adds to the spacious vibe. A glossy white Euro-style kitchen is set into a single wall with panelized stainless steel appliances. A desk nook is along the same extended wall. Parking is included.

The highest priced active listing at CityCenterDC is Unit #1101. This spectacular penthouse is offered at $2,950,000, with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,676 square feet of luxurious living space. With its soaring 12-foot ceilings and extra-wide plank floors, the residence also features walls of wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows, a Euro-style open kitchen, and an extended private balcony.

Unit #405 remains available after entering the market in August. Currently priced at $1,495,000, Unit #911 offers 1,452 square feet of luxurious living space with two bedrooms on opposite ends, 2.5 baths, and two separate balconies. The main living and dining area has giant window walls, as well as a rebuilt corner work-from-home space with its own window. Two parking spaces convey.

Still available is Unit #502 with an asking price of $1,475,000. The corner condo features two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,340 square feet of space, with a sun-drenched living room, giant windows, and city views. Unit #507 is currently available for $699,999. There were no new accepted offers in October, nor where there any closings at City Center. There is one new expired listing.
