The Waterview | Market Pulse | August 2018

Located by the river’s edge in Arlington is a complex offering rarefied upscale living. The Le Meridian Hotel forms the basis of the experience with The Waterview condominium occupying floors 14 through 30.  From full-service amenities to some of the most spectacular views in the region, this is the epitome of “Life At The Top.”

Actually buying in can be a challenge, however—there are only four active listings as of this writing and no new entries in August.

The most recent actives to come on the market were both in July. Unit #1603 listed on July 31 for $774,000 with 2-beds, 2-baths and 1,077 square feet.

There are no condos currently under contract but there have been some recent sales. The highest-priced sale this year was #2701 with 3-bedrooms, 3-baths and 2,165 feet of space. The unit listed for $2,125,000 and closed for an even $2 million which is 94% of its asking price.
