Designed by ACG Architecture, Turnberry Tower in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood offers style, tons of amenities and an incredible location—just a couple blocks from the Potomac River. The 26-story high-rise remains the tallest residential building in the Washington DC metropolitan area. New to the market in April is Unit #1003 with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,803 square feet of living space. Offered at $1,550,000, this stunning apartment with its direct elevator service has a wealth of upgrades. Stunning hardwood floors go hand-in-hand with matching kitchen cabinets as well as a built-in credenza with bar. The new kitchen also has black granite counters, matching the credenza, as well as Wolf and SubZero appliances. A large balcony is just one of the many other features.

Unit #1612 was reduced in price to $1,495,000 last month and is still available. The two-bedroom, two-bath flat features an open layout, direct elevator, blonde floors, an incredible master suite, lavish baths and a gourmet kitchen. But it’s the sweeping balcony with picture perfect views of the Potomac River that really puts this upper level apartment over the top!

Also still active is Unit #1411 at $1,875,000. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment with 2,229 square feet of face has a large den with built-ins that makes the perfect home work space. Other features include direct elevator, designer wall treatments, bamboo floors, marble baths and a gourmet kitchen with glossy Snaidero cabinetry. A large terrace overlooks the city.

Unit #1601 came to market in February with a list price of $1,495,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment has 1,754 square feet of interior space and direct elevator service. Other features include pale blonde knotty floors and an open gourmet kitchen with granite counters, glossy Snaidero cabinets, and Sub-Zero and Miele appliances. There’s also a laundry room and a balcony with city views.

Offered at $1,450,000, Unit #810 has two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Set on the West side of the building, the attractive residence has direct elevator service, pristine wood floors with a rich cocoa shade, and designer upgrades throughout. The master suite has a marble spa bath plus makeup vanity. Among the extras are Lutron motorized shades, Sonos speakers and two private terraces.

Offering a competitive price at an exclusive address, Unit #206 is listed at $825,000. The one-bedroom floorplan is augmented by a den and two full baths. The 1,404 square foot layout is quite generous. The unit also has brand new flooring. Other features include an open kitchen with Snaidero cabinetry, a marble master bath with spa tub and a large private balcony.

Coming soon is Unit #2001, a rarely available spectacular residence with 4,447 square feet of living space. The three-bedroom, 4.5-bath apartment will be priced at $3,500,000. There’s no shortage of living areas here, with a family room, a library, a hobby room and a formal dining room. Two wraparound terraces offer lovely views, there’s also an in-unit laundry room, parking and storage.

Unit #312 went into Active Under Contract status in April, meaning that it is pending with contingencies. The spacious two-bedroom, two-bath apartment has 1,742 square feet of living space and had been listed at $1,130,000. Among the features are wide-plank floors, direct elevator, an open designer kitchen and a large private terrace.

There were two sales in April. The first is Unit #2309, a prestigious I Model that listed for $2,699,000 and closed at $2,580,000. The 2,655 square foot apartment with two bedrooms, a den and 3.5 baths, has over $80,000 in improvements. Among the attributes are custom wall treatments and a balcony with wonderful views of the Potomac River.

The other April sale is Unit #509, a one bedroom flat with two full baths and a den. It went pending in early April at $1,039,000 and closed later in the same month at $980,000. Direct elevator access, a welcoming foyer, tray ceilings and a private terrace are among the many features.

Unit #2311 is temporarily off the market. The 23rd floor penthouse with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths has an expansive 3,036 square foot layout and a long sweeping private terrace with stunning panoramic views of the Potomac River, Georgetown and Arlington. It had been offered at $3,300,000.

Unit #712 is also temporarily off the market. The two-bedroom, two-bath flat with 1,742 square feet of interior space had been listed at $1,175,000. An open gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors and a huge master suite with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, add to the appeal.

Those living at Turnberry Tower enjoy a wide range of amenities, with a front desk, concierge service, valets, a heated indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a media screening room with kitchen. Rosslyn is often referred to as the Gateway to Arlington, and is the first of five urban villages with dedicated Metro stations comprising the trendy Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor.
